You have 3 chances for icebreaker each week (1 per character) but loot is already unlimited and after reset you still have unlimited loot but doubled so 2 items per boss all week long doesnt matter how many times you kill the bosses

I got a fantastic roll, 88 range with Fragile Focus/Target Lock, and have been using it all throughout Comp and Trials. Something about it just clicks for me and it's a laser beam!

I’ve used to the pain on a couple guns and it has helped me more times than I care to count. It’s a slept on perk in my opinion.

To be fair, prophecy, aka trials of the nine weapons, was made for the crucible. Nearly every weapon and talent that was available was specified for crucible at the time before they removed and remade it for current times. The next batch of weapons that MAY be a next crucible specified contender is a garden of salvation or vault of glass. I saw some people farm it out more recently. Dungeon wise, maybe grasp.

The new weapon mods really closed any gap that existed between adepts and regular weapons, I’m a big fan of them. Austringer with Ballistics mod, EotS, and Zen/Opening is chef’s kiss. Pyroelectric with Fragile can get 90 range, 60 handling, and 73 stability, with options for Kill Clip, Onslaught, Closing Time, Target Lock

This Auto is fracking amazing - my PvE go to is attrition orbs and jolting feedback. I havent really tested in PvP yet but i have kept an Arrowheadbreak, ricochet rounds, fragile focus and closing time my theory behind this could be a good as when fragile focus drops off closing time is picking up most of the loss - so consistent rangy roll wirh a superb stat stable package

Looking closely at this gun and comparing it to the handle and stock of something like, Ros Arago or Summoner, this IS actually a reskin gun! But they did such a good job making it look unique that you can barely tell. That's commendable.

Got eddy current/target lock. Max range. Use it with get away artist to further enhance eddy current. This thing cooks!

personally I still prefer the Summoner, I’m on a controller and that gun is a LASER. I run Fullbore, Range MW, Adept Range for that max range stat and I don’t notice any penalties from my recoil direction and stability, it’s extremely easy to control which is ironic because normally I’m a stability stat chaser on most guns even HC and Pulse’s. Heal Clip + Kill Clip is dominant on Trials

Summoner has a unique recoil effect where the spread basically tightens and the kick lowers. Can't explain why other than bungie thought it would be really funny. There are plenty of videos out there talking about it and/or showing it.

I wish it would hit a little harder in pve. Got one with A.O./ jolting feedback and ran it in contest tomb of elders. Ended up swapping to a different weapon. Also have strategist/target lock and kept getting out ranged in comp. Probably better suited for 6v6. Will farm for better rolls and try again.

I only have one thing TV said in this video that I disagree with and thats that warlords ruin had no pvp weapons. This is an EXTREMELY niche pick but the bow from there wasn't just unique because it was the only legendary strand bow but it is literally the only weapon that genuinely takes advantage of the orgin trait. The drawtime scaler that takes effect when you break another guardians shield legitimately feels like it's the fastest scaler you can get for draw time in the game. Literally just hit a near perfect draw headshot and boom you have the fastest bow in the west, which frees up your options for perks not only in your traits but in your stats as well depending on how familiar you are with bows. Thats without considering bows just got a bodyshot buff so you might not even need the second shot to be a headshot. I know bows are a love'em or hate'em weapon for pvp sweats but like it or not that IS 100% a pvp weapon..... just sucks its the only good dungeon pvp weapon thats come out in a while up until the VS auto dropped.

To me Perpetualus is king especially fun to par with a sub or sidearm. Cascade Point with Zen Moment far superior especially in Trails maps that are mid to close.

7:30 Trials has some of the best PvP weapons, and it requires the latest expansion to play. Paid content, good PvP guns, best example right there.

I dont think stability matters on summoner cuz it has zen moment which immediately beats out any gun without zen moment imo. I havent had a chance ti try this gun but im on console so not having zen makes alot of weapons feel inconsistent. More spray and pray then actually accurate.

I love to the pain, especially in automatic weapons since I know I will be out of cover and taking hits while shooting, I have a riposte with it and kill clip and it's amazing at snowballing after just one fight
