Love starts with accepting self completely. We cannot truly love unless we love ourselves. We don't have to take any drugs. Just be authentic and everything falls into place. Then having a relationship is like icing on the cake or topping on a sundae. We ARE love! Namaste

For some of us though, the psychedelics are KEY for discovering self love. I find it so beautiful that many people do not need the help of psychedelics, but many of us have been SERIOUSLY DAMAGED and mushrooms were the first time we have ever experienced love. Psychedelics aren’t to be used for longer than needed, but they MOST DEFINITELY ARE NEEDED for some people. And I believe you are absolutely correct, you need complete self love first and foremost before you can start to truly love others! Have a beautiful day!

Wonderful to hear both psychedelic therapy and sexology brought together in the same conversation - perhaps a key synergy here to be further explored. Particularly struck by 27:47 - 31:18 - "What would a healthy society around sexuality look like?" And how would it come about? I've concerned myself with these questions for a decade or longer and have been trying to imagine a new sexual order, and articulate it in a way that doesn't sound bonkers! Imagine this new order emerging within a guiding framework of Gaian ethics, divine feminine wisdom, myth and magic, and safeguarded by divine masculine power....Imagine a sisterhood of tantric women adepts taking the lead, and men in supporting roles for the nascent community sanctuaries in which the gender rift is being healed....imagine a re-tooling of the sex industry into a system of sacred temples, a completely revamped approach to procreation, and a critical mass of humans embracing these changes, because they've had a psychedelic experience preparing them for it. Ambitious indeed, but there are now a lot of signs popping up (especially on this channel) that something like this is coming. : ) To Aubrey and friends: a heartfelt thanks for your naked honesty and all your great work.

OMG, she is my soul sister! 🌠...even though this is the 1st time we're meeting 😆 Sooooo much goodness here. I'm so glad I listened til the end where the power of meditation and the mind was covered. I've never taken psychedelics but I think every time I hear people's description of the experience, it sounds like experiences I have in meditation. And that's free 😆 But I love seeing a woman in the space of medicine, positive pharmaceuticals & entrepreneurship. I can't wait to read her book about bio-hacking for women 👏🏾 Soooo needed, our systems are very different from the men and we need different things 🥰 Thank you sooo much for having her on! Aubrey: Given the sexual trauma that you spoke about and how it impacted the way that you approached your sexual life a big part of your life, which is the advice that you would give me so that I could be the supporter that my little girl needs as she grows up? How would giving her this advice would transform her experience growing up, and my experience as a father? Molly: Which is the starting point so that I could start having a healthy sexual relationship with my partner? Why don’t you create an interactive online course/workshop where we could explore together in community the journey towards a fulfilling sexual life? I'm in. - Molly talked about ‘kypassana’ (?) which is vipassana for the modern days. This hits a key in my way of perfecting my practice and why I’ll teach, since a big challenge for it will be how it resonates with people so that I can spread the word in a way that sticks. - No one is on her dying bed regretting what she did with bravery. - Sexual trauma is deep in the way that modern individuals engage in their life, and healing from there can bring an important aspect of resolution, which enables a better life, better relationships and a better society. - The importance of integration in psychedelic experiences. There is people that go to ketamine therapy and end up being addicted to ketamine, because there is not a proper process of integration going on. It is very important to talk about the dark side of psychedelics, in order to be able to use them in benefit for the most. After listening to this episode I feel motivated to build what I have been envisioning. The way that Molly talked about her spiritual awakening and way of pursuing what she believes is correct and will change the world, is highly encouraging and it gives me a strong dose of willingness to trust myself. Another important thing that stays inside is the importance of working on my sexual trauma, and use this as a way of improving the relationship that I have with my partner, and with that, my whole life. It all starts from home, and if I’m able to bring into it love, it will spread from there. I can recognize that until this point I have been waiting for my partner to show me some lights that there is some willingness to work on this together, but this episode showed me that it is important that it starts from me, so that I can bring her on board. It will be very important for me to realize that there is wounds that need to be healed so that I can take out the pressure that I have related to this topic, and she is the most important person in my life to do this work. Both of us will benefit from this, and our little Mila also. She deserves two parents that have a healthy sexual life, so that we can teach her with the example on how to grow knowing her body, knowing her limits, and knowing that sex is much much more than what appears in the movies, or in porn. I am one of the consequences of masturbating watching porn, of having a sexual life which was most of the time drunk, and without caring who I was with. It’s time to fix that.

I love the podcast, and I didn't watch it the second it came out. I am glad that I didn't feel like listening until today, because I such a wonderful experience! I was on the way back from seeing the acupuncturist. It's a beautiful hour and a half drive on a four lane highway. I know that it's not advised to drive while wearing the inner balance hrv monitor,, but highway driving gives me a peaceful feeling. I just left the busy traffic outside Huntsville, AL heading East and put this Podcast on. I wasn't doing any fancy breathing. Within minutes of putting on this podcast, I could feel my heart chakra was opening. When Dr. Molly spoke of hugging the Rabi, he wasn't the only person that knew his life had changes in the future. I have had two times in my life that I have had fully body orgasms through breathing and meditating, and by the time I get to Scottsboro I recognize the earmarks of heading in that direction. My head starts to tingle between the throat and third eye areas, and then my second chakra starts to build energy. I am so filled with love and joy that I cry and laugh. I pulled off at the edge of the Tennessee, but the loss of the motion and the desire to write it down, broke the trance. I turned the podcast off at the 50 min mark, so I could jot it down. I wasn't expecting Dr. Molly to describe her own experience with the Kundalini rising, but it really IS reassuring to know that I am not the only person that has had an orgasm without being touched. I received a new language and kundalini experiences in my 60s. My whole life has been focus on not being in the mainstream, and was horrific at to how the system fought against me. my theory is mdma or psychoactive drugs dont necessarily cause depression. the high you get from taking one, youd essentially assume its the most natural state and should be the baseline for health of your system. which is misleading because the body always goes homeostasis thus the depression is a naturally occuring phenomenon to bring back the system into balance or having reached the peak elevated state, awarenes is attuned to it, thus the low has become unnerving and daunting. thats why you plan for another hit until the body becomes desensitized.

1. Interesting how she tells her story about sexual trauma with such pain, but then laughs the whole time that Aubrey talks about his sexual trauma like it's a joke. 2. She says that men are more and more afraid that they can't control themselves around women. Um, no, not at all. 3. I love the idea of the questions before sex and slowing down the process, very powerful.

İmagine even a doctor well-established and well connected as well as experimented, optimised for everthing past and upcoming - given all that and says this in passing and not elaborating as to how makes one wonders how she has just in the recent year learnt to love herself to her becoming her true self and all. For the rest of us less equiped, the average sapiens could never possibly comes to term with this. And given the dr the blank stare at such utterance. Nonetheless enjoyed the show. Thank you both!

This is the sort of video that made me subscribe to you in the first place - Dr Maloof is such an inspiration and a great communicator, thank you for having her enlighten my perspective. I found it especially interesting to hear about her biohacking experiences as I have found teaching sword fighting to men and women demonstrates this as difference as well - both are equally capable yet require different structure to their training.

being homophobic is still very much a thing in a lot of young kids as much as using gay as an insult. i'm very shocked to hear boys being afraid of other boys even by the possibility of one being gay. it made me sad. saying gay an insult is one thing, but being afraid is a whole other thing. telling me relieved that he found out the other wasn't liking him made me so sad. the whole class discussing the possibility of the one guy being gay made me angry. angry at their parents, angry at the rolemodels, angry at religions. this was a beautiful podcast ! thanks to you both

Some people realize that psychedelic consciousness is literally where reality meets your personal world. The very structure of reality and awareness of existence. This is why it's so important in a psychedelic society to have techniques for launch and re-entry. A life of self examination and reflection on purpose. All of this to undergurd the potential psychonaut enough to integrate and use this gnosis for good and healthy reasons. 🦁🎨💫🧡🌍

Love blocked the effects of heroin and cocain inside of me years ago. It was an alterned conscious experience that helped me pick the hearth path and left behind the criminal path. Then I started to learn what love is not. And I must mention the help of iboga and the amazon tea after that experience. The first 3 day session with the Tea was pure love and heaven the first day inside of me, then it started the learning and it never stops. A lot of shit to transform. Now I go paragliding to be closer to heaven. 😅

It's been my experience that many Liberals will cancel all communication if we don't agree . I walk in forgiveness for everyone and everything this enables me to agree to disagree ,it enables me to listen without judgement . My favorite Proverb is A Wise man holds back untill later and a Fool utters all his mind" I keep this in mind so that I don't react emotionally but wait for Wisdom to give me a response . Sometimes the response is a hug, a smile or silence . I practice this with the intention of changing my environment with love .

Great podcast fam, I see that the way the Bible has been interpreted about speaking about sex is taken way out of its original intended context, many would right off the bat condemn it to be evil, but truly when reading the verses that speak on this their saying in terms of habits and the sowing of seeds, each habit being a seed that we water that eventually turns into something that bears fruit an effect ,the universal law of cause and effect, when sex is used in a way to escape ,without any purpose but pleasure, that behavior eventually bares a fruit of pleasure seeking more and more ,seeking more novelty as each time passes doing anything because it gives us that excitement of something new , but at what point do we draw the line?,in my honest observation , I see this is what has happened to those who have been in financial positions where they can have everything they want ,not in all cases but it's there ,and this is how they get to where we hear about these bizarre stories of underage young men and women getting abused sexually in strange fantasy scenarios, due to the partakers having exhausted all of the healthy normal desires one would have, and roped into the habit of novelty seeking behavior
