I feel the same in some matter as him I'm not fully satisfied in my life and people around me I don't understand why I'm doing what I'm doing right now but some times I feel blessed for what I have ,I have exactly the same problem if headache on one side of head mood swings crying dissatisfaction .May Allah help us all in such conditions ameen

Hi, Just thought I should write it so if anybody needs to know the difference between depression and Bipolar. And there is one main difference between Depression, Anxiety and bipolar. When you are at happy state in Bipolar(Mania). One feel at top of the world and does not mind anything even if anyone say something wrong. On the other side when one is on a other side of bipolar everything feels low. One feels worthless and everything takes you to the dark depths. Even the things you enjoy generally. And so the word Bipolar, because a person struggles between these 2 poles constantly. In depression one feels constantly low, there are not many things that can make you feel happy. Cluster headache starts from the back of one of the eyes, above and runs to the back of head. Migraine is the ache of half head.

Going through bipolar for sure may be because of pregnancy but during pms I go through this too...should I consult pscologist or. Its normal during these situations

He is so right we are not sensitive for others but when it comes to oneself we are super sensitive. Human now a days lack empathy. He has a gullible personality, at many points I could actually relate to him 😊 the struggle is for real when one starts self criticism, it is a good thing but it takes a lot of energy . Sometimes I feel ignorance is a bliss😂 when I see people so casual in their attitudes but other times I thank Allah for blessing me with a sensitive nature.
