to add, the word "حشاش" "Hashash" which is the singular of "حشاشين" "Hashashin" was adopted by them as the word in itself may be taken as the "doer of Hashish (which in common language in Arabic word means some type of cannabis, but in origins is the noun for "Grass")" so they adopted the word as they imagined themselves Decapitating their enemies heads, as they would do with grass. Prometheus Is Cold I’ve been playing quite a few AC games recently, and seeing as I’ve sunk just about 200 hours into Odyssey and its expansions completionist style I’d say it’s worth it. I have Origins on my desk for that reason. The only thing in Odyssey is that literally everything levels up with you, which is a hit or miss depending on what you prefer. You always get a decently balanced challenge, with more abilities and upgrades to play with. I somehow got AC3 and AC Liberation for free, and AC3 was ‘aight, but getting that 100 % sync is too infuriating at times than what I’d recommend attempting, so much so that it ruins that feeling you’re supposed to have at the end of a game. Just don’t try it. Some parts are so broken you have to find ways around what you’ve previously been taught by trial and error and consulting forums. Like that feckin wolf ambush when you’re on a reasure hunt. How was I supposed to know that the creators expected me to use silent poison darts? Outrageous. AC Liberation had an interesting concept in theory with the wardrobe changes, but it still forced specific outfits onto the questline which made the mechanic feel superfluous. I mean, why give us choice if we can’t choose? Overall I never felt all that involved in whatever was happening. Traversing the city and swamp felt really clunky compared to both AC3 and Odyssey. Thank goodness that’s over. Meh.

Yes im from Iran and i visited Alamut castle of hassan sabah 3 day ago. It was an absolute beauty! Everything about this castle is great and it gives you some positive energy! Unfortunately only 30 percent of this beautiful ancient place is discovered by archeologists and about 70 percent of them is not discovered yet due to the budget and money. unfortunately the government doesn't care about this ancient and important place like many other ancient places. There are lots of mysterious spots in this castle. For example there is a pond in one room of this castle which always have water in it even if you take all water out it will fill again of water. Such a mysterious place! It is located above the highest mountain and Alamut means the Nest of eagles and because of that we always see an eagle in AC games. Ubisoft should make a real game from the real story not fake ones. Also Many people had tried to attack this place but they didn't succeeded because the castle was too invincible. Until Holaku khan mongul ruler attacked after years of waiting and then he burned and destroyed the castle and they burned one of the largest and greatest libraries which was located in the Alamut castle and god knows what was those books about and it's so sad that we lost them. The castle has been rebuild and repaired 5 times and some people says Some treasures are hidden there. But I also felt something else - pride, because I had taken up arms against someone who sought to do ill against my family. And I realized what I had done was necessary. You see... It’s nice to get the historical facts about one of the main characters in the first game of my favourite game series Assassin’s Creed. The Old Man Of The Mountain & Altäir Ibn-La’Ahad first caught my attention in 2007 as I love history and the first 3 Holy Crusades are one of my favourite time periods (I’ve also been a keen gamer since 1988 when I got my NES). But until Assassin’s Creed the Grand Theft Auto & Mortal Kombat games had been my favourite game series’s but like I said I’ve always loved history and prefer melee weapons (especially swords which I collect with my favourite being a Katana sword handmade in Japan, full tang from 1095 black carbon steel and sharpened by a Japanese whetstone with shark skin on the handle. I do own another complete Samurai sword set made from 440 stainless steel which is normal steel colour not black, also it was made here in England not Japan) to guns (even though I own a shotgun & rifle. I live in Cornwall and own a lot of land and I’m near farmland so we can get pests like rats occasionally and I also go shooting with friends too so that’s why I have guns) so when Assassin’s Creed came out I loved it. Then when we got Ezio in Assassin’s Creed 2 & Brotherhood we were in Renaissance Italy with Leonardo Da Vinci up against the Borgia family another time period I’m especially fond of it just made me love the game series even more. Ezio’s 3rd game Revolution was in Istanbul and featured Mahmet 2nd the game series just continued to make me happy! Same the game didn’t go back a few decades to include Vlad Dracula (which they could have done as Ezio was in his 40’s by the 3rd game). Besides Assassin’s Creed 3 & Rouge they were the only time periods I weren’t interested in as I’m not interested in American history (war of independence & 7yrs war), but I still enjoyed the games. Ubisoft have always made Assassin’s Creed games in historical times I’m interested in (besides the two I mentioned)

As much as I love Assassins Creed, I don't think you have to worry about ruining the videogame for me. In fact, I actually find learning about the actual "working relationship" between the Assassins in the Templars to be much more, in the words of Leonard Nimoy, fascinating.

There are a few times in the games and comic series when the Assassins and Templars work together for a temporary common cause, such as when some members of both organizations worked together in secret to stop the Instruments of The First Will, who worshipped Juno as their goddess. After Juno's new body was destroyed, the Assassins and Templars worked together to hunt down the Instrument members who managed to escape.
