If y'all want my advice been balding since I was like 17 still got most my hair at 25 now. When you shampoo do it 2-3 times a week at most especially if you sweat a lot. When you rub it in go with the hair and not against it. If you can invest in a shower head with a detachable hose and with the hose rinse the shampoo out with it on the highest beam, don't keep the shampoo in for longer than 2 minutes. You don't have to but you can apply shaemoister coconut conditioner imo it's the best water based conditioner and doesn't feel thick. When you dry your hair pat it with your towel don't rub it the friction will pull your weaker hairs especially when it's wet, hot water makes your hair more fragile so try to keep the shower water close to your body temp or warm not hot. Lastly and this one might seem ridiculous lol but for me it's because I scratch my scalp a lot due to eczema so it causes my hair to fall out. What I use is a fork lol basically its metal so ny of the gunk on your scalp won't stick to your fingers so you won't spread it around and you won't pull out your hair, I noticed a significant loss of hair using a comb or fingers to scratch my head than I did with something metal just be sure to wash it. Hope this helps y'all out the way it helped me out
