I'm a great fan of yours and used to ask my near & dear people to follow you. I have done my kitchen renovation in 2012 and installed Inalsa Hob ( Gastar 4B GT), it is 2×2 in size with 4 burners. I have had a great experience with the product. In 2012 I didn't even have any idea about Hob and not even any of my friends or relatives have that. But luckily till now, it goes very well.

To make halwai style samosa, for the dough .. please add 1 tablespoon rava/sooji for every 1 cup of maida/all purpose flour & knead the dough the way you did it .. Also while frying .. put them in medium hot oil first, let them cook slightly pink Take them out .. FIRST FRY all the samosas like this .. Then SECOND FRY on medium heat till golden brown Rava/sooji & double fry adds crispness to the samosa cover .. please do try it Also after FIRST FRY .. you can let the samosas cool down completely .. freeze them in ziplock bags for later use too Just thaw completely before frying & they’re quick & easy, ready when you want to enjoy them Your blogs are so inspiring .. thank you so much for sharing 🙏🏻👍🏻❤️
