How To Draw Circuit Diagram From PCB / PCB Layout. if circuit diagram / schematic / service manual is not available. so using how to reverse engineer a circuit board, i shared a very effective and simple technique. using this method, we get a picture from pcb using a photostat, scanner or getting a best resolution picture and we can get its print out. then placing a paper under carbon paper. placing the picture on carbon paper, we trace the tracks using ball point. then we can redraw the schematic / diagram. and putting components values, it becomes a perfect circuit diagram.

printed circuit board is furnished board, having metallic traces and installed components or we have some pcb layout. so using reverse engineering we can convert pcb layout or pcb into schematic, circuit diagram.
how to draw schematic / circuit diagram using reverse engineer furnished pcb. this technique is normally used to troubleshoot pcb, copy a pcb board or you can reproduce the same circuit. in this tutorial i shared my tips to convert pcb layout into a diagram. there are many circuit reverse engineering methods, there are many applications and softwares which assist this conversion of a printed circuit board into a circuit design.

Nice teaching Mr, Haseeb, i have a laptop charger that would not startup the laptop i commenting with right now, so i got mad and put the charger in the freezer for 10 minuits , then i plugged the cold charger in the laptop and woops , the laptop startup , this is crazy for me , maybe you can explain what component in the charger got cold so that the charger decides to work . this happen every day and i can work on the laptop more than three hours long , i do learn a lot from your videos , thanks verry mutch..

wow it is really fantastic, it is really a surprising fault possibilities 1. Dry Joints / dry soldering in power rail (mosfet, PFC mosfet, PFC rectifier, main bridge rectifier, current sense resistor) 2. some internally leaked polar electrolytic capacitor. (check body temperature after is turns off after working cycle) 3 check output cable continuity between three wires (sometimes the wire insulation becomes leak or weak, which makes chafing between the + to negative or - to positive or id resistance wire makes short circuit with other wires, check continuity between three of them to verify) 4. might be optocoupler or PWM+PFC controller chip (sometimes the chips internal connections become loose) and please reply with your troubleshooting results
