You two are so encouraging. I'm 81 and have been working with you since 2016. There are so many "trainers" on the internet who just count reps, but they don't give the little guidance while in a particular exercise like "breathe" or "keep abs in tight". That's why you are so good! I would not know how to start my day without you two.

This was great! Thank you! Please make more for seniors. I’ve been working out with you for years - my personal favorite! But now I finally find that some moves are just not doable. Today I followed the more challenging version and it was perfect! Very doable but still an effective workout. Thanks again!
