Side note but shinobu doesn't hate giyuu, She just wishes he would open up more/interact with them more. That's why she messes with him. They are actually pretty close as far as hashira relationships go (kinda friends but not quite as shown by giyuu's reaction to shinobu's death). So I think that swapped tomioka would not be that upset being "swapped" with swap iguro. Besides that this is an amazing video with a very well thought out concept that was executed perfectly.
