Endurance is how much damage/pain a person can take, right? Tengen is literally trained to feel no pain, because of his shinobi training, also he was stabbed by gyutaro, multiple kunai and he lost his arm, but all that really didn’t bother him (it was the poison that weakened him) after coming back to save tanjiro without a hand, there were no signs of pain in his eyes, he was pumped even more. And after losing an eye, and getting stabbed, he casually shouted to tanjiro “don’t stop” And remember he was the only one who left the battle field by walking on his own with the help of his wives( just after the poison was removed) where as it took months for others to even wake up. Just wanted to tell my opinion, not here for a debate, imo he’s in top5 in terms of endurance. Good work though!

2 things that make up endurance Is Pain tolerance: How much pain a character can endure, and how well they can persevere and continue to function through said pain. And number 2 is Injury tolerance: How much actual damage a character can withstand and continue to act in spite of it. It is common in fiction to see characters continue to fight despite grievous injuries, such as broken or missing limbs, heavy blood loss, and organ damage. Shinobu displayed both of traits at a higher level

@@mr.axoloteher7407that’s because he had completed his musical score technique . Here we are talking about endurance not strength feats and shinobu clearly displayed better feats . She had her lungs frozen and shredded , which restricted her from breathing and had her collarbone crushed as well . But still she endured it and performed a breathing technique pinpointing douma to the ceiling . Later on , she even got her spine crushed . These feats are better when compared to tengen’s who lost an eye and an arm while being poisoned when he’s poison resistant . But I do believe tengen could’ve displayed better endurance feats if he had clashed with a higher uppermoon due to his impressive physique

So yall endurance mwans how much pain u can take and still fighting So 9:shinobu🦋(she got slashed in the lungs and died but it was one attack soo) 8:mitsuri(she got hit with a strong attack from muzan but stopped moving and just rested for the whole fight till the end) 7:rengoku🔥(he became a donut and died but he got stronger at the wnd and almost beheaded akaza) 6:muichiro(hw handled pain well when getting stabbed in thw shoulder) 5:obanai🐍(interchangable since i will explain all the damage that happened to obanai got slashed on the side of the head and shoulder or chest when muzans attack hit mitsuri,giyu, and obanai, got flinged back making him lose his eyesight and being poisoned, got back up and saved him, suevived a strong shockwave that even paralyzed tanjiro, got bit in the head by muzan making him bleed a lot, rhen muzan blew him,and sanemi away with a weaker shockwave which made him get flinged into another wall, gets back up and dows one more attack on baby muzan and had enough energy to walk back to mitsuri) 4:giyu🌊(so he got hit by some punches from akazas strongest attack, got kicked through walls, lost an arm and gets flinged back into a wall, gets up and fights dkt, gets punched and grazed in the chin and survives) 3:gyomei(he lost a leg, got hit by some attacks by koku, got flinged into a wall, and he dies cuz of the mark) 2:tengen(lost an arm, an eye, and was poisoned but kept fighting) 1:sanemi🌪️(survived an internal injury from kokushibo, got flinged into a wall by muzan, poisoned, and the eason sanemi is at 1 is because he had an internal injury which is the worst injury u can have but still fought uppermoon 1 and muzan)

You don't understand the difference between durability and endurance. Durability is how much damage you can take until your body cannot function while endurance is how much attack can you endur and continue to fight. Let's take example ,if I am fighting you and I punch you 5 times hard but before I complete my 5 times attack you give up on the third punch because of the pain ( endurance ) while in another case you tank all 5 of my attacks and stand ( durability). Shinobu was able to endure doma slash through her lungs and still continue to push forward , she also endure doma bda which made it difficult for her to breathe and move normally. Even doma had acknowledged shinobu endurance and doma statement was indirectly author's statement so in a way the author was actually giving some attention to shinobu endurance.

Obanai deserve to be second or third he got injured so bad at the muzan fight getting poisoned before getting the mark meaning his piosen resistance is lower than others yet was able to go back and fight muzan blind yes he was fresh but still this shows how much endurance he got

Giyu took a hit from akaza in the head didn't react that much And a long cut on his left shoulder grazed on the chin by demon king tanjiro still moving Tanjiro dug his nails into giyus head but kept him pined the ground burnt his wounds to heal faster took a punch in the chest by akaza but he got his cut off before he could get hit Took several shockwaves from Akaza's blue silver chaotic after glow this attack broke through his dead calm kept standing up after his fight with akaza took a blow to the leg from Muzan didn't faint from getting his red blade along with gyomie protects Obania Sanemi zenitsu and inosuke from Muzan's whips got back up at least 20 minutes after Took demon king tanjiro's electro blast shockwave That's all giyu has to show for endurance

@@Matheux_VL honestly speaking , the author never mentioned that giyu’s endurance is close to Sanemi’s or relative . It was stated that giyu and Sanemi were relative in terms of strength during hashira training arc . But later it was clearly shown that Sanemi is stronger than giyu from performances against the uppermoons. Not to mention , kokushibo did sense akaza’s death , that’d mean he had sensed giyu’s presence and his battle prowess , nonetheless he stated that gyomei and Sanemi were the strongest hashiras he met of this generation . Which would mean Sanemi is stronger than giyu . Coming to endurance , Sanemi endured an attack which would’ve made his organs spill out if he hadn’t stitched himself . He also endured many attacks thrown by um1 at him unlike giyu , who fainted the moment he took a leg form from akaza . But giyu did show better endurance feats later on .

Tengen had poison in his system which was shown to start killing Tanjiro in moments after it got injected, he got dozens of slashes all over his body, lost his left arm, stopped his heart to force the poison to stop while he finished MST, then during it he lost an eye, as well as got an incredibly deep slash in his torso which likely damaged internal organs. After all of that, he WALKED AWAY FROM THE BATTLEFIELD WITH MINIMAL HELP. Tengen has one of the highest endurances in the entirety of the slayer core😭 ​@@liamcreation

In the light novels it was stated that Tengen was the one to teach Sanemi and the other pillars (besides Gyomei) how to close their own wounds by flexing. I would only but Sanemi above him (besides Gyomei) because of his will power.
