I think it's because Giyuu purposefully isolates himself and comes off as arrogant, he's also an adult so they hold him to a higher standard when it comes to how he treats others, whereas muichiro is a child and just overall very apathetic, but involved and cooperative, but u can tell giyuu has feelings he just doesn't want to tell them or speak to them (for reasons that we know, but they don't)..also sanemi and iguro r just haters 😅
