En este link huggingface.co/spaces/kdrkdrkdr/ProsekaTTS Es una aplicación de Google o Chrome donde te dejan hacer voz japonesa, debes traducir en el traductor (no es muy confiable pero es lo mejor xd) tu frase en español a japonés (con las letras de ese idioma) y pegarlo en donde se indique. De ahí, puedes elegir la voz que tú quieras (Si no te funciona, ve al último link que estaba un poco abajo y ya estaría) :D
