Why some people not realize how much of an important character Giyuu is in demon slayer without him a lot of the story would turn out differently he plays an important role in the story like helping Tanjiro become a demon slayer, he defended Nezuko when the other Hashira except Shinobu wanted her killed, he was a huge assist in the final battle against Muzan and he was the only one up and moving and despite being critically injured with only one arm to fight he was able to hold back DKT long enough for Kanao to cure Tanjiro. So if you ask me without him probably nobody might've survived till the end
