With that I can tell you that Toji gets Mach 3 by having managed to walk on water, run at a speed that first his image disappears and then the wind appears "dissolving", but even reaching this speed Gojo managed "predict" some of his attacks... for me, the speed will NEVER go beyond Mach 3 - 5...
