The word you’re looking for is cut off, If a persons arm is cut off and their mark is on their arm, then most likely the mark will not reappear on a new part of their body. Though there is no evidence, it’s also good to remember that so far, most of the marks have been on the face or near there (in Mitsuri’s case, her neck)
