M.a jazakallah kheir sheikh Abdirizak and brother hassanoor may the Almighty Allah reward both of you with his paradise and help you throughout this journey of dacwa program. My question to the sheikh is that, what is the punishment to the elders who take 60 or 70k in favour of their male person who committed zinaa and and he was arrested by the family of the daughter whom he did such act to her and give birth a child, our elders normally do it what is called " Waya badaqsa and took that amount of money that i have just mentioned and share among themselves. Is that a good way of judging those two culprit and that is how zinaa is spreading everywhere in islamic areas.
