the steam version is way too hard on easy mode, i was never competitive in this game so having the AI adapt so effectively with what I put on the frontlines is just an absolute pain in the ass. I get it, the game is supposed to be this hard versus players and strong AI difficulty but why is Easy mode more like Normal or Hard in the original standalone version. I can hold up in a 1on1 but it just seems like a never ending battle for map control. i get what you did in this game, you pretty much cut off choke points but man on a map where that isn't possible with resources other than armor and infantry shit hits the fan fast due to mortars.

the AI adapts you, you adapt to Ai it's a back and forth gameplay and i love it, especially with 1944 Immersion Mod

A think i hate from the difficulty on this is that the AI just gets more resources and spams rifle infantry like crazy, 5 minutes into the game you have 3 snipers cleaning you army wtf how is this fun
