Haste Virgo here too. I laughed about the example of the lawyer meeting. sometimes they confuse calmness with a kind of weakness. I have never heard of virgos being calm. And I dont think so we are. We are always anxious, overworrying, overthinking, overanalyzing, overobserving, calculating everything. How can we be calm??? Very true. M also Virgo with hasta nakshatra. I always tend to argue with disagreements, or unethical things. Argument, taking stands for ourselves and others are the very nature of Virgo, they are perfectionist, me too, so cnt settle for anything that we don't feel apt. But calmness is also there, as we hate to do unnecessary drama like other people, and we do our best to avoid fight unless and until we are totally pissed off.... So it's totally a wrong perception about hasta Virgo.

My Ascendant is this Nakshatra. Man, bang on! I'm not a boss but for example there's one co-worker who is negative and outspoken every single day. I just talk to her like anyone else. I'm not getting sucked into that. One day she told me something, I just listened. I think she expected some big response. She got in my face and said, "do you think I'm shitting you?!?!". I just looked at her very relaxed, and said, "No. I was just listening." I do that kind of thing a lot. :)

+suska11 Are you looking at the western system instead of the vedic one? There's a 22 degree difference between the two systems, so in a vedic chart a planet can be in Virgo while in a western chart it's in Libra.

Oh yeah, the guy who runs the site once had a conversation in a video with Kapiel regarding Uranus, Neptune & Pluto in a Vedic context. At least I think so.

If your sun in hasta is associated with 10 th lord then, your sun in hasta will give a profession where you need to use your hands for crafty things like writing or surgery or chef etc etc(could be a mechanic or crafts person etc etc, really depends on your 10th lord as well) You will have more agile and fast moving hands. In my Vedicnatal chart I have Sun in Hasta nakshatra. Now my Sun in Vedic is 20 degrees and 50 minutes so naturally it says that my Sun is in Pada 4. Strangely I have Pada 3 characteristics. Maybe bc its only 50 minutes after the Pada 3. Im also very Mercury dominant so I guess that contributes to my personality.
