True self accountability is a process which demands sobriety. Unflinching truth cannot take place when you don’t allow yourself to FULLY FEEL the pain you have caused others and to also dare to see the truth of the intentions/ actions of others no matter what title or role we are conditioned to believe that they play in our lives. A mother can absolutely be a “ smother “ and appear to be an upstanding role model to outsiders and even be adept at deluding and manipulating close family members into believing their masquerade . It’s like being in a horror movie especially when you’re the only one who can see them clearly. It will bring you to your knees and numbing out in any form will have you trapped and weakened which is where the abuser wants you to stay. Calling the person out going no contact and having firm non negotiable boundaries will only work for a sober queen of swords who has done the work, clearly sees her truth and is able to defend herself when necessary.

I have not contacted my karmic family in 6 months. Inheritance. I never went to any court proceedings. If they told the judge anything, he was talking to a Doppelgänger. If the other divorce case I’m involved with had a court hearing, again I didn’t know anything about it. Maybe my mail is still being diverted to the wrong address and then they collect my mail and open it and then they don’t have to send it to me. No This was happening for a long time, maybe even decades before I realized what it was all about money and power of attorney over the inheritance that I never saw the Wills. Nice job siblings!!

💞 Thank you 🙏 9years with a narcissist, the trifecta of abuse. It came down to him or me and I forced him to go. Very traumatic. Now I’ve learned… I had him delete my sister number. After he left he called my sister. He has sabotaged my existence while in the relationship and now gone …still disrespects my boundaries.
