Thank you for your videos. I am new to running only starting it a couple of months ago. On the 9th I reached my 6-month mark as I underwent a double mastectomy and lymph dissection with extremely difficult complications and extended hospitalization. I never thought just 6 months later I would have such strength. It's because I put your videos on my TV 3-4 times a week. Thank you for doing this because it helps motivate me more than you know!
