I think its awesome to document the lives of some of the Dinos we play, at the moment I'm doing lives with Letrin (deinon), Atrax (Alberta) and Draxle (Iggy)! It was awesome to grow alongside you too! Loved the moment we were curious about the Stego tail and dad told us off haha!

Surprisingly iggy herds just exist and herd mentality takes over and they all just go where the majority is going

Generally every member of a herd will care for the young, and this probably applies even more so for reptiles because they don't generally actually give them milk or anything. So there isn't much of a need for a reptile to delegate the caring of the young to just the parents who birthed it. So keeping track of your parents probably isn't important.

There should be a migration mode in POT where the objective is to make it to a certain point of the map dealing with predators and climate change effects like Walking with Dinosaurs

That could be an interesting concept for official servers but for realism servers migrations and dealing with predators is pretty much already there. I like the idea of weather effects having a greater implications though 🤔

I joined the Iggyception through the nesting system in the WWD discord. Joining a group is different for each dinosaur. If you ever wish to learn realism you could join us on the Archaios realism server where we have Educators trained to teach profiles and realism rules :)

You should it's good fun! There are no skill points in the game, on official servers you grow the Dino by completing quests. This will grow your Dino to adult giving you more health and attack, however you'll only have the same health and attack as someone else from your own species.

Wouldn’t it be great if path of titans implemented a droppings mechanic. You’d have different looking droppings with each different Dino. And you can figure out with either a temperature or just look of it over an amount of time how fresh it’s been in the area or something. Then imagine if actual plants grew in the place of those droppings over a number of days on the server. Not every dropping ofcourse just random ones. That would be some amazing mechanics. Maybe impossible to create for a game. But droppings would definitely make the realism more there.

Would be amazing on the mechanics front however with PoT adding in team death match game modes soon (as if official servers weren't death match enough) I can't see them adding anymore to the realism side of things, or atleast nothing as complex as the droppings idea. Which is a shame as most of their player base is on community servers and most community servers are realism or semi realism.

@@catpoke9557 it would be a very shitty situation. That’s why you need to keep moving free doing the droppings. Just like animals in the wild. Like coyotes and wolves.. bigger predators will be usually fine.. but game mechanics are interesting with dinosaur games. So my idea is probably a bust because of that. Haha

Sever is locked by the admins fo stop people coming in and breaking the rules. Admin power is not abused in this server from what I can see.
