HatchTech Unique Laminar Airflow inside Microclimer Setters and Hatchers

With modern hatching methods, the challenge lies in achieving exactly the same environmental conditions for each and every embryo, and the main objective is to maintain a consistent embryo temperature from start to hatch.
Instead of moving air around with large fans, HatchTech uses unique ‘forced laminar airflow’ technology. We’ve created microclimates by dividing the incubator into six sections using radiators that contain small openings for air to move through.
Our precise temperature control functionality translates into chick quality that is not only outstanding, but also highly uniform - delivering superior long-term results for hatcheries and other poultry producers.
