For most of it's life, it's an entity however it later gains consciousness and his original identity(Hence why he got his original DT sword back). His consciousness is basically that of this human deity that passed chromatic magic to humans and comes from this guy who came to hate humans for their flaws. This hatred shred all throughout chromatic magic, giving birth to the hate variants of the other traits. This is all from the HATE origin on Camila's channel. So, yeah. HATE was a He, became an it, then back to a he. You can also say HATE was a she for a bit when it was using betty's remains for physical form, however it shredded them shortly after and during the chara vs it fight(the one before asriel joined in and when the two of them were in the city). -🤓 (Tldr: there's alot of lore showing that its a bit of both)

brother, the ps4 is the one that is badly optimized and hardware sucks bad enough that is lags on linux not only that is has 3 units of power. a similarly priced pc at 200 $ with rx 580 has 8 units of power and a 10x better cpu ps4 is 2012 hardware, 12 years.
