I don't normally watch your channel, but this story has my attention because there has to have been very specific data harvesting to be able to target black Americans with these messages. This itself is part of the threat because it's letting the recipients know that their personal number is known, the colour of their skin is known...what else? Where they live? Work? Go to school? This is incredibly serious, and it doesn't matter where the texts were sent from. CPAC was held in Hungary a couple of years ago, so the right wing movement doesn't have borders.
