Economic sanctions from the west protesting Russia's invasion of Ukraine, means that KZbin has chosen to block ad revenue from Russia, and Russian news channels. They haven't blocked Russian KZbinrs - which is fine, but if you're Russian, your videos are going to rely heavily on ads from your country, not to mention Russian KZbinrs might not be able to get paid anymore with the limited payment methods available. It's becoming an increasing concern that the Kremlin will go the same way on KZbin that it did for Twitter, Facebook and Instagram - just block KZbin in order to prevent Russian citizens from getting outside news sources. I understand the reasons for financial sanctions from the West - in order to force Putin to ceasefire and end this violent war against Ukrainian civilians ASAP. But it's just depressing and awful that regular Russian citizens will be the ones to suffer first. Hopefully the Russian people stay safe as well. It's getting scary when your government makes a law saying you can go to prison for 15 years for calling Ukraine's military operation a "war" or an "invasion". Which it is.

Actually, it's worse that you think. From all sides propaganda reachs people, Ukraine and other countries too, not only Russia. We're tired about this, we lose our jobs, like a half percent of people there can't afford normal conditionals to live since 2014, I can't, hecking, buy my pills because of it, a lot of people can't. I see it everyday, I know about situation in Ukraine from my grandparents, which are ukrainian since their born, they see this hell, and you know what? the main reasons is government, like in other countries, and not some kind of "alcoholic bear dad with balalaika and ushanka", that a lot of people believe. I'm sicking of it, all people sicking of it, in Ukraine and in Russia, we, regular people can't do anything, we can't change our government, what do you think about, putin will see a bunch of 14-20 y.o. teenagers with papers like "fck the war" and "I'm sorry because I'm russian" and will stop it? of course not. Not you are victims of your propaganda?
