Loons are very in now. At 10:37 the little dog you picked up looks like it would be a wonderful business card holder. You picked up some nice things. When my granddaughter was almost 2 she became infatuated with a piece of glass in my secretary. It’s a hen candy holder about 13 inches tall. It’s a light blue glass you can’t see thru. My husband had to hold her up to see it at every visit. She even got to touch it! I’ve never seen another piece even remotely close to it. My grandmother worked in needle work department next to the beautiful glass at an upscale department store for 30 years. She was a Swede and of course loved glass and dishes. It reminds me of Laurel looking for puppy dogs. Shes so sweet. Give her a big hug and kiss for me. The turtles might be procreating.

Alcohol pads can usually get permanent marker off most things. They are small enough to work slowly and carefully.

I’m not a fan of the new camera :( I don’t have issues with the sound or understanding you, I have issues with not seeing things and blurriness and since it’s so much smaller you move a lot faster. I know it’s probably so much easier for you but I definitely miss the old camera.

I wish that I could help you address the video/audio complainers, but I don't think that you can really help their end-user problems. I watch these videos at 1080p on a quality 17" laptop, using either a good Bluetooth speaker or earbuds, depending on my mood. I can hear you just fine, the video isn't blurry, you aren't moving the camera too fast, and the background noise and/or music is barely noticeable until I read the comments section...and I begin to wonder what people are complaining about. I don't want to subject myself to trying other methods, but I'll bet that (at least some of) the complainers are watching you at 720p or less on a teevee across the room, or on their tiny phone or tablet screens with the itsy-bitsy speakers that might only really be useful for phone calls. These are problems that you can't resolve for them. The complainers are a tiny minority of the tens of thousands of people who watch these videos and enjoy them just the way they are, never read the comments section, and are blissfully unaware that one out of a thousand of your viewers complain about things that are invisible to them.

Yes, the sound is continually bad most days, I love Jocelyn and her videos and her giving us so much good information. I have learned a lot from her. However I am now going back and watching some of the older videos just to be able to hear good. I have been criticized by viewers for commenting on the bad sound. I had my equipment checked and was told it is not my Ipad causing the problem. No improving in sound quality so I just watch something else. The scratchy muffled voice grates on your nerves after awhile.

It’s not your sound. It’s Jocelyn’s vocal fry. Less air thru vocal cords = less gravelly sound. Jocelyn’s older videos have her very soothing gentle voice that we all fell in love with. Still love her but hope she goes back to lifting her air as she speaks.
