You’ll tend to see stuff like that if the show is mostly a hardcore show. The niche audience mostly shows up for the dominant genre at a show and you’ll see specific dances to reflect that. Like for random example: if you put The Acacia Strain, Desolated and Suffocation together in the same show there will definitely be kids swinging during Suffo

It's depressing that people will refuse to acknowledge the claims of victims because they like a band or musician. Even the band's statement made a point about victims being heard, they just said it wasn't them. Then they pulled the statement altogether. Who knows for sure, except the people involved. But sexual assault and rockstars have always gone hand in hand.

Sofia Lizarraga To play the devil’s advocate here, if they didn’t break up and continued playing, people would decry them just as hard for not taking “appropriate” action. The sexual assault accusations are not to be taken lightly and, once accused, it’s almost impossible for a man to prove his innocence, especially given the amount of time passed. Don’t get me wrong, the metoo movement has done a whole lot of good for actual victims, but I do believe there is a contingency of witch-hunting to it as well.
