Best long range weapon besides heavy sniper is the marksman rifle mk2 with a red dot sight. The musket and heavy revolver mk2 hollow points are close contenders

For me the best long range weapon for FA is the Special Carbine MK II, my attachments for it are large scope, grip, extended clip, heavy barrel, suppressor.
