You’ve already done so much, and we all have our bad days. Currently, I’m doing something called a “Focus Log.” It’s simple: note the start time when you begin working and the end time when you finish. The goal is to challenge the misconception that we can’t focus for more than 10-15 minutes. Surprisingly, I’ve found that I can stay focused for 2-3 hours without distractions! Let me know if this works for you as well. Let’s keep the energy going! #NoBuyChallenge
