I brought one a couple of months ago did my pellet testing with it it’s true it does need some pellets through it before you get good results, the best pellets I found was believe it or not RWS power balls getting pellet on pellet and it drives them deep into wooden back stop , so don’t give up on this gun it was worth every penny.

I bought one in .22 a few months back. I really like it... But... It is a little industrial in construction and needed plenty of bedding in. The barrel needed a couple of tins through it and a light clean before full performance was reached. The valve on the filling port/bottle, not sure which, is prone to sticking but again with use seems to have sorted itself out. Overall good value, and is the 3rd Hatsan I have bought.

With a barrel that long it gives you the option to either shoot or poke your target, plus the size of the cylinder allows you to refill your Zeppelin when it runs flat.

Nice rifle, little heavy for me. Word of warning about the bipod though, letting the legs fly out like that under the spring tension will soon break it, trust me, I've had a few of these, best off pressing the button with the bipod against your leg and easing the legs out, or stopping the legs flying out using your little finger and then easing the legs out..... a hell of a lot quieter too!

As someone who owns the all black version of this air rifle, I was pleased by your review 👍 I found your experience pretty much echoed mine and yes, the performance and accuracy improved with each shot! While considered a budget airgun, I couldn't be happier with mine and use it for both fun/plinking, targets and pest control 👍👌😁
@GaisaSanktejo2 жыл бұрын
Just a small update from my last post; I recently purchased a gun calibration rest and after zeroing my digital scope in, I fired about a hundred rounds at static targets and the accuracy was INCREDIBLE! It was consistently hitting within 5-10mm (around 1/4 to 3/8 inch) at range without fliers! I could, have and did shoot the firing caps out of used shotgun cartridges at the same range and yes, as previously mentioned, I have used this tool for pest control. I know some people have had problems with this particular model, but I have had none of those, the original accuracy did improve as I ran a couple of tins through it, but I have come to accept this with all airguns I have purchased, so I was quite happy to do this. All in all, I love the Hatsan Factor and would happilly reccomend this airgun to others!

The "budget" manufacturers are now producing good quality affordable airguns. Is a Daystate Delta Wolf, at £2500, really five times the gun? or are we paying over the odds for a Daystate badge? I have a FX Dreamline Tac which, out of the box, was dreadful. It took many hours of fettling to get it to shoot well. Down at my club I'm seeing more and more of the "Budget" airguns compared to the established "quality" manufacturers, and they shoot just as well. Hatsan put all the goodies on this rifle and then don't put in a regulator (something I'd want with a choke). If there's one criticism I have for your reviews it's that lack of spread figures. Admittedly this monster isn't likely to wimp out over the course of a tin, but if pellets are unsized then a choke can bite into the spread.

I don't know if they changed anything, but many of the reviews do seem to be "fresh out of the box", which, as Andy mentioned, can be a bit of a problem since these seem to work better after you've "broken them in" I own one myself and after breaking it in (I do this with all my rifles), the rifle's been a cracking piece f equipment; accurate, consistent and reliable
