EC RECIPE:
Ingredients
10 g of dry yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
250 ml milk
100 ml corn oil
125 ml of water
1 egg
650 gr all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
600 g grated cheese
125 g mozzarella
1 egg
Method
We start the recipe, dissolving the yeast and sugar in the warm milk. Then, add the oil, lukewarm water, beaten egg and mix.
Then add about half the flour, salt and work. In the process, slowly add the rest of the flour until our mixture becomes dough.
Place the dough in an oiled pan, cover it and leave it to rise for 45 minutes.
When our dough is ready, shape it slightly and divide it into 4 balls.
In a bowl, mix the cheeses with the egg white.
Then, we open the dough into a sheet with our hands, we place the cheeses inside, we close it in a ball, which we press with our hands to become a sheet, as shown in the video.
We keep some of the cheeses, because we will use them in the end.
Place the leaves in a pan with non-stick paper. Then, spread with egg yolk and place the remaining cheeses.
Finally, bake at 180 degrees Celsius, until golden brown.
