It's a very good cot, you just have to make sure that the feet are together in the middle and not spread apart when you start. It took a while for us to figure that out. It works every single time now.

This is the most over-engineered piece of crap I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. Never folds back properly. Trying to deal with this thing at the same time as a crying, snotty, pooing child has nearly driven me insane.
