Definitely difficult to find! 🥲 I’d recommend either trying to claim photocards in grouporders on Instagram or to look for them yourself on mercari japan!!

Hi I'm wondering do you have any tip on checking if a photocard is real or not I usually do test of zooming on the photo and checking if it has a honeycomb style pattern but wanted to know if there's other ways of verifying

These are the two methods I use too, and once you get them you can check it by how thick the photocards are cause normally fakes are a little thicker and harder to bend than official photocards! Also the colour, normally fakes are more saturated and the quality might not be as good as an official photocard :)
