Haul-Master 500 LB. Capacity Aluminum Cargo Carrier and 54-1/2" Expandable Nylon Cargo Carrier Cover

We recently bought the Haul-Master 500 LB. Capacity Aluminum Cargo Carrier and 54-1/2" Expandable Nylon Cargo Carrier Cover from Harbor Freight to use on our spring break trip. We drove just over 40 hours in total using the cargo carrier and cover to haul our luggage and beach equipment. Overall, we are happy with both purchases.

Thanks for Video, I Purchased this exact one for my Trip, I found a Deck box that fits exactly inside the platform. It kept everything dry and secure. East Oak brand 90 gallon size on Amazon for $129 is the one that I bought. It measures 46.85 x 20.47 x 23.11 .

Did you use any Loctite to secure the nuts/bolts? Do you think that would be necessary or will hold together good enough? Thanks!!

I didn't use any Loctite to secure the bolts. I don't think it's necessary. We drove from Virginia to Florida and back with no issues. I guess it wouldn't be a bad idea to check that everything is secured before each use.
