I remember all the jobs that you have done for this property and good to see more done with it. Property owners appreicate that CHRIS touch, and professionalism🙂

This guy has kept you very busy over the last year. You always do an amazing job and that’s why you get so much repeat business. The land owners know that they won’t find anyone that will do a better job so they don’t bother looking. Like I’ve always been told, word of mouth is the best advertising you can get. I would imagine that a lot of your customers have recommended you to do their work.

Said this last time about this building, PERFECT candidate from a rain water harvesting reserviour tank. Overflow towards the woods or lake. Could then use that water for jet washing the equipment, WC (if there is one in the building) That is also a good roof for solar panels.

Not something Chris can do about, that is up to the owner. :)
@dirtfarmer74723 ай бұрын
Yes good ideas but Dennis is correct that’s something that the owner will have to do. Chris could even do the solar idea on his shop if he wants to. Hopefully the owner reads these comments.

You can use a small (6" ish) catch basin at the bottom of each downspout instead of piping them directly to the underground line. In some cases I prefer it because the gutter leaves roll off the grate instead of clogging up the pipe.

I live in Colorado, in the suburbs of Denver. Many, many years ago they mined coal in various places around here (there are over 1000 old mines in Boulder County alone. Anyway, fires have started in various coal mines around the state and many have been active for decades. As of last year there were still 38 active coal mine fires underground.. just mind-blowing.
