Jason it doesn't matter how long they are I'm still going to watch them! Even though I stopped trucking back in 1998, I still get to enjoy the industry through someone else's eyes! Be safe bro!

What's up Mr trucking life? Another great video, it's nice to see you doing what you do. It's not easy being a truck driver and there is nothing fast about moving freight from one location to another. Keep up the great work and keep making great videos. Stay safe out there my friend and keep the videos coming and always travel safely catch you on the next one.

@@rickbudrow2230 i really can’t say. I guess it depends on the area you’re in.

Tank typically does if you’re getting it direct. For me, stepdeck is paying me better than where I was pulling tank, with less headache.

I wrapped a heck of a lot of loads with tarps... What I do with the front and back, is make 'm cross the corners over to the other side of the trailer. Less chance of a flappy tarp, looks nicer overall, etc. Sides, I pull to the rear of the vehicle, and when I get to the back-end, cross over to the other side again... Looks like you've spent half a day doing origami, but actually takes about 5 minutes... So on the front: Pull one corner over to the other side of the truck, folding a triangle, use one bungee to start with... Fold the other corner over in another triangle, and secure it... You can then put bungees all along the side of the trailer towards the rear... After that, start back at the front, securing the triangle over there, and work your way back again... Finally, do the rear just like you did the front... Neat packages, no flappy tarps, no chance of the wind catching it, the load is protected... Give it a try brother!!!
@Daton.B2 жыл бұрын
Just a tip I found was pull your tarp as far back on the load as you can, so that you don’t have much excess on the front of the load for the tarp makes it easier to manage and obviously the tighter the tarp the better it will look, and for your rear excess on the tarp I alway folded it and rolled it flat on the deck and throw a strap across the deck behind the load on the tarp, also helps pull it tight, hope it helps
@Daton.B2 жыл бұрын
Also helps to have built in flaps on your tarp front and back, it’s a little extra price but worth it all day long
