I freaking love Travis, this is such a delight to watch. As someone who’s into woo woo shit I gotta say, if she is haunted, that packaging confirms the seller knows what they’re doing - she was wrapped like that for a reason. 😂 I’m really impressed because Travis literally did everything right. The candles, getting her coffee, making sure to be respectful/asking for consent. If I didn’t know any better I’d think he’s a practitioner because any occultist worth their salt would go about this the exact same way. Roberta’s gonna be happy with you.

I couldn't help but think the same thing! as a practioner, I was applauding how he welcomes her by offering her presents. he also always speaks to her, not about her. he was so kind and respectful! if there is a spirit in that doll, then she will be very pleased and welcome. we LOVE Neutral Roberta in this house

I'm a doll customer and fairly regularly order dolls off eBay so it was very funny seeing Travis's reaction to how Miss Roberta was packaged because that's standard fare in the doll world. I've had dolls come sealed in Ziploc bags and shoved in boxes before but bubble wrap mummies are pretty normal haha

I think it's not meant to spike into the doll, but the doll fits around it to hold her in place. Meaning, it probably goes between her legs, which doesn't sound any cleaner than spiking it into her.
