Hope more descendant owners turn their ancestral homes into either restaurants or quaint and charming B&Bs like the ones in Vigan instead of sell them to condo developers. Helps to preserve the old world charm and vibe of the place.

So amazed sa transformation ng White House. Used to see this passing by Leonard Wood Rd going to UP Baguio and stopped by once when visiting Baguio. Ibang iba na sya ngyon lalo kapag gabi. It is well lit and alive. Pero habang nagttour si Ms Bernadette parang napasok parin sa isip ko paano pag naiwan kayo ng server sa isang dining room or parang nakakatakot mag toilet mag isa hehehe. Pero still can't wait to visit Joseph's Resto. The Valentine's set meal looks very delicious pero April pa makakapunta. 😅

I perfectly agree that we should limit the too commercialization of our city. We should keep some things personal, intimate and exclusively ours or at least identified as uniquely Baguio. Thanks for showing us around. The Laperal White House may be beyond my price range? but having toured the place with you and admired the inside and the outside plus going up to the doll house~like top and looking out from its balcony (which by the way, I have always wondered about everytime I pass by going to work), was a delightful and satisfying treat. Over the years, and looking at it from the outside, I have always felt that it is part of our city, just there as a landmark. Happy to know, Mr. Joseph and Gemma decided to have a go at giving life to it by providing a good ambience for intimate and classy dining. I see good things ahead, given the happy, welcoming and hopeful atmosphere I have experienced vicariously. Thank you, Bernadette.

Same sentiments. The Laperal white house is so beautiful and it is situated strategically on a major road isu mapansin talaga. There are also lots of beautiful old houses around Baguio and I hope this serves as an inspiration to other owners to be able to reuse it into something as this. Uston ti condo developers. Much as we want progress but the downside is Baguio cannot sustain it when we can no longer have the resources that locals,residents and visitors need (water, a proper waste disposal system, main roads that are not full of parked vehicles). Walking or biking should be encouraged.

Was in Baguio last week and na daan ako sa lugar at night. Nagulat ako kasi maliwanag na, then sabi nung taxi driver ginawa na daw resto. I remember back in the 90s ang spooky talaga nya as in. Lalo pag gabi. There were times na I would stare at the place when passing by at night, baka lang may makita ko white lady haha.

Dapat yung ibang mga may ari ng nmanang lumang bhay, ganito din ang gawin n restaurant. No hate po. Healthy suggestion lang po Ms. Bernadette Sembrano since family nyo po sila. Maganda po ang naging project ng brother nyo for Laperal White House. Dahil nabuhay ulit ang isa sa kinakatakutan na bahay sa Baguio. Pero sana wag po sana masyadong expensive yung mga food para madaming makapunta na kapwa nating pinoy. Kaya suggest ko lang po sana magkaroon ng parang value meal na pwede ma order ng ordinary people or tourist jn sa Baguio. Masakit kasi para sa ibang tao na nasa Pilipinas lang yung lugar pero hindi ganun kadali puntahan dahil hindi afford. Congrats and Godbless po sainyo 😊🙏🏻

Yung Rib eye nila 12,600 pesos agad. Wow. Fine dining talaga. napanood ko sya sa ibang youtuber pricey talaga pero napaka sarap kasi lahat sila nasasarapan. How i wish ma-experience ko din kumain sa formal dining. ❤😊 btw napanood ko din kumain sila agassi ching and jai dyan.
