@@emorrot9938 Sure! The projections are from thesingingpumpkin.com, they sell a few different variations there. I edited them all together to make a longer "show" and we projected it onto the pumpkins, driving the video off of a computer. Hope this helps! :)

A lot of work went into this. The only suggestion is to hide or block the projectors with an object like a tombstone, another set of pumpkins hollowed out, or maybe a bale of hay. Maybe block the projectors with foreground items like a Bride or Announcment Podium or Coffin. GREAT JOB!!!

Awesome! Maybe next time you could set up a Pepper's Ghost illusion of some type as well! The ghost bride from the attic scene would make a fantastic addition and actually wouldn't be very hard to set up and pull off up on your front porch there. Just put something solid behind those portraits so that no one could see that section of the porch through them, and keep it as dark as you can up on the porch. Then put your bride figure (or whichever figure you'd want) back there so that she isn't visible from the front, and have a controllable light that can shine on the figure when you want your "ghost" to show up. Then get a sheet of a clear plexiglass-type thing and hang it at a 45 degree angle adjacent to the ghost figure. Then all you'd have to do is shine that light onto the ghost figure itself so that its transparent reflection shows up in that plexiglass sheet, and BOOM you've got yourself another classic Haunted Mansion ghost that would surely make your house the best on the block by far. That would be really cool to see and definitely not even as difficult as 3d-printing and projection mapping the busts by yourself! Cool stuff.

Would really like to know what software/hardware combo you used to keep the heads and pumpkins in sync with one another. I do the singing pumpkins at my house too, but never thought to sync them up to other projections elsewhere in the yard. That is genius and now I want to try it!

What I did here was to use VLC and trigger both videos to play at the same time. Since the videos are the same length, this kept them in sync pretty well!
