Oh my God. I was a scare actor (one of the "scary people") at an amusement park's haunt. It was an absolute blast! Seeing this takes me back. People coming through my maze and having fun getting scared like you all were is what the scare actors live for. Glad to see you all had fun. And you weren't jerkfaces, either. Or drunk. Or high. In other words, as far as scare actors are concerned, you all were ideal guests. :) The girl sitting in the room in the slaughter house screaming and crying "Help me please!" took me back to my old spot. I was the victim of a crazed psycho-surgeon and got to play with fake blood and heart monitors and sharp pointy objects. We also love learning guests' names and shouting them at them. It freaks them out! And I had the BEST partner in crime ever. I sat on a hospital bed and screamed at guests about how insane he was, and sometimes I played dead.We got a lot of really awesome scares. Some of the best were when our dialogue played off of what the guests said to you. So when you respond and you're laughing and we can tell how nervous you are, we LOVE it. That means we did our job right. Oh, and the chainsaws are real chainsaws; they just have had the chain removed. I had friends who worked in a section of the park that featured a lot of actors with chainsaws, and that's what I heard. If they still had the chain in them, they'd be really dangerous. Had Jesse been one step closer to the person chasing him with the chainsaw, he could have gotten hurt. So yeah, the chainsaw is real. It just doesn't have the chain in it. ;) Seeing this made my night. You guys looked like you were having a blast! You had some awesome reactions. Those actors probably loved you guys because you were scared but you weren't rude or drunk or high or anything. Glad you all had so much fun! :) AND I LOVE YOUR KITTY! She's so pretty. :)
