Between 2:19 and 2:27 I can hear a low sinister growl. It's so creepy. I wasn't sure if it was the camera moving or if it was one of the people creaking the floor. But it just sounds like a growl to me.

Wow!! I’ve known about this place for a long time and have never seen that level of activity! That’s absolutely insane. I wonder why this entity still exists there or it’s a different one but no doubt 30 east remains very active. They keep getting things supposedly thrown at them but never have a camera recording the originating location from where it is picked up and thrown. For supposedly professional "ghosthunters" they are woeful, panicking, tripping and stumbling around and over each other and their theatrics would make a high school amateur dramatic society blush.
