it feels like a conversation... “come on, don't leave me like this. I thought I had you figured out” connects so well with “I gave so many signs, you didn't even see the signs” and “I think I've seen this film before, so I'm leaving at the side door” (which explains why the person is leaving the guy Haunted) (also sorry for the bad explaination)
