I love the chef version of the life size dancing Santa shame that one was broken in this I still have my dancing santa from 2019 which is still working although his mouth has stopped moving now I think those have the mouth string mechanism that makes the mouth move.

Yeah it seems they are declining in n quality every year, they are quite an easy fix as I had to replace the string in my 2015 model a couple of years back, uncle you have the staples out of the neck you’ll be able to pull the mech out and replace it :)
