What a clever idea to use a sieve for that. I was told there's a tool called a potato ricer but I have not been able to find one in my local stores. But I could do that instead! Yay!

This looks like a 10 to me! I'm definitely going to try it. As a rule I don't use oil and I eat plant-based so I avoid animal products and dairy. But there are substitutions I could try. Thanks for this video as usual, it's perfect!
