It's still Yiddish, although likely a different dialect that sounds more German.

@@user-ig7gf3qt8jYiddish has or had a lot of dialects that generally depends on where it was spoken. The Yiddish spoken in Ukraine had more polish and russian influence than the Yiddish spoken in Germany, which had more German influence. Ultimately though, Yiddish is a Germanic language, so at its core it's more like German than any other language.
