This is just brilliant stuff, highly impressed with state of the art assembly plant, specially paint shop. I have personally met Ali Bhai and found him to be extremely humble and down to earth person. Great initiative to show stepwise how Haval vehicles are assembled. Keep up the great work.

I think its commendable for a new comer to show off its plant in detail. It will increase the confidence level of the consumer regarding the quality of their product. The representative of the factory was also eager to share the knowledge of the process in detail on each step. This shows the confidence in their investment and commitment towards the customers to provide them with a quality product in the end. Lastly I would also request Sazgar Engineering to introduce a smaller hatchback of the same production quality as well for the middle class as the vehicles shown can be brought only by people with deep pockets. Make something for the middle class as well.

@@khizararain15 Alhamdulilah put about 30,000KM on it, no issues, however the car does have some sounds of flexing when taken on rough areas. Otherwise car is great, gives average around 9/10. Technology is super sensitive however it’s not overactive and no need to turn things off, somehow it’s adapted to Pakistani roads and bikes and doesn’t unnecessarily apply brake 😂. I highly recommend this car and HEV variant to anybody who’s interested in a car of this class of SUV.

Noting is talked about Quality and how the incoming materials, in-process and final works are inspected & what is criteria for Pass/Fail in each process. For example, how thickness of paint after ED process is measured and whether it passed the written specified thickness ? There are International Standards to meet about which nothing mentioned. There seems no engineering, design, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Planning departments. Only production shop floor activities are shown. The company must obtain International certification such as ISO 9001:2018 and other ISO , IEC, ASTM standards wherever applicable.

Haval is a great brand and Mr. Ali is highly professional person willing to help the customers. I have a Haval Jolion and I saw Mr. Ali at an auto show and asked him for help to rectify and issue in my vehicle. He promptly assigned someone to look at my vehicle at their service facility and the issue was resolved immediately. Their staff was courteous and rectified the issue at no charge to me.

Interesting tour to Haval plant. Sazgar is an emerging player in the auto sector in Pakistan. They are already recognized as a manufacturer of three wheeler. During the plant visit the representative of the plant did not mention SOPs for environmental and social compliance. No mention of water conservation and air emissions controls especially in the paint shop.

The best thing is that its Pakistani company is making amazing performance Bad that felt 1. More importantly very hot work environment will definitely impact workers' performance and vehicle quality thereby. They can cover roof with solar panels to install and operate ACs without batteries as mostly it require day time cooling 2. No use of protective gear seems weak commitment

Full marks to sazgar and GWM. They r doing a great job. I wish ur camera men could do a better job as well. Most of the times camera was not pointing where It should have been. I strongly suggest PakWheels to hire some hardcore professional who have expertise in shooting auto mobiles. And also a little bit of editing and graphic work can add a little extra flare.

It's good to see them working but I want to add a few things which I noticed. I am working at a Lexus Plant where the RX series is being manufactured. I have seen in the video that nobody is wearing any coverall, Cap, and Hair nets in the paint shop. Neither workforce nor any management and visitor was wearing them. They are working on vehicles worth Millions but they look casual while working especially in the paint shop. Second thing during a video the guide who is conducting the tour was just putting his back on the vehicle behind him while explaining the process. It is very casual and considered bad to stand or sit while taking support from the vehicle being on the line.
