Composers can rarely describe their inner-most thoughts and feelings in words. However, the quote above beautifully matches up with what HAVASI had in his mind when he wrote 'The Storm'.

I used to listen to this song a lot when I found out my mom “has pancreatic cancer”, after thousands of prayers and other scans and medical exams turns out the first doctor who put the cancer diagnosis, misdiagnosed my mum and swapped the CT scan results with another patient’s. I can truly relate with you. I don’t know what it is about music ( no lyrics) that affect me so much. Most of the time the pieces that do that are instrumental only. I don’t know if you are familiar with Adagio for strings on organ (Samuel Barber). But that one for sure gets me. It is played on a pipe organ. Every time I hear it I think of how many times my father played it on pipe organ.
