Delicious, tender and airy buns for tea. These curd dough buns cook very quickly, but the dough is soft as fluff without using yeast.
To make tea custard buns:
**** All ingredients for dough at room temperature:
Cottage cheese 5% - 200 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Baking powder - 5 g
Odorless vegetable oil - 50 g
Sugar - 50 g
Salt - 1 pinch
Flour - 170-180 g + a little for rolling the dough
Vanilla sugar - 5 g
Custard:
Milk - 250 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Corn starch - 25 g
Sugar - 40 g
Vanilla sugar - 5 g
Butter - 10-20 g
Raisins - 40-50 g
To grease buns:
1 yolk + 1 tsp milk
