Clock attacks are only the weapons that work on a cooldown, spells use your mana. So be careful when you choose the upgrades, since you might have one spells and not profit from the extra damage that you just picked up.

I absolutely love this game and am glad Myth is enjoying it. I have 40 hours in this game and I think I can provide useful tips to find more success while playing 1. As you pointed out, everything in the game has a Frenzy attack, and some are absurdly broken. Be sure to read the Frenzy moves of your cloak attacks and spells. The one for the spear is very good 2. Early on it is a good idea to be diverse in your curse color choices. Red is for cloak attacks and scythe damage, blue is for passive benefits and defense, and green is for spells. Later on you will get the ability to start with 3 curse rerolls, and when you do, this is when I advise to start shifting gears and start focusing on one color. If I start with a decent cloak attack, I will focus on upgrading red for the entire run, then when I run out of options for red, focus on blue if I don’t have a good spell, or green if I do come across 1 good spell. Focusing on one color will give you a much easier time 3. Some cloak attacks and spells behave different depending if you are attacking upwards or downwards. The bow you got when you skipped to Brad fires multiple arrows at once in a fan like pattern if you aim upwards while on the ground 4. If you have better options, almost never take the Vault room. It only gives gold, and not a huge amount. If your options are a boss and a vault only, take the boss, as it is guaranteed curse and *maybe* a health/mana upgrade or an anima. 5. Diss Scythe solos. If you have bleed, which comes from red curses, it is absolutely busted and shreds bosses in less than a minute

Im pretty sure you can do ultimates with your other abilities besides the sythe like the bow and arrow's ult is where you shoot alot of arrows into the sky and they rain down

The Prismium (or whatever is called) works so you can use it to change your type of Scythe, in the control room you can talk to the little guy to see your options

Also just a tip Myth, you can use your ult with any of your attacks not just the scythe, you can ult with the bow or a spell for example, all attacks have an ult.

PLEASE it hurts to see that you aren't using your frenzy with a spell or cloak attack ^^ if you don't forget it you only use the scythe..you're missing out on a lot of awesome frenzy attacks through all the skills you can find! :) besides the pain from hoping you'd press another button for frenzy, the video is awesome as usual :P
