Have Another Drink with Jimmy the Wine Guy for December 4th, 2020

We waited patiently... Finally the time came to Have Another Drink with Jimmy the Wine Guy! This week we made cocktails with High West Campfire Whiskey!
1. CAMPFIRE N COFFEE
○ 1 oz Campfire
○ 1 oz sugar in the raw simple syrup
○ Coffee to just under the rim of mug
○ Hand shaken heavy cream as a float
2. SMOKEY MANHATTAN
○ 2 oz Campfire
○ 1 oz Italian Sweet Vermouth
○ Dash of chocolate bitters ( find quality bitters @ Boozetique )
